Cancellation Policy

  Adorrio Fashions believes in serving their clients as much as possible and thus has a liberal policy of cancellation. In compliance with this policy: Cancellations will only be accepted if the request is made within 2 hours of the order being issued.


Return & Refund Policy

  There may be situations outside our control where you may receive an item that has been damaged / defective or is not the same as in your original order. We will replace the item at no additional cost to your satisfaction. In such circumstances, please contact our Customer Service Team before using the service, which will direct you on the same procedure at our Customer Service Team Depending on the product's purpose and class the product's return phase can be limited.


Conditions for return:

  If the product is Damaged / Defective please inform us within a maximum of 24 hours of delivery. Products should be UNUSED. Products should be returned with the original price tags, labels, and invoices in their original packaging. It is advised that the return packets should be properly packed to avoid further damage to goods in transit.


Refunds:

  Upon receiving the item Adorrio Fashions or it's business partner, will process the refund. The refund will be handled according to the order payment method Refunded amount will be credited back to the account within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement. Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to the account We will submit a refund check for all other payment methods. The test will be made for the name as mentioned in the "billing name" at the time the order is put.
